The online event
The CEA project kicked off with its first transnational training session. The workshop featured the Polish team, which led an intensive session dedicated to the theory of multiple intelligences applied to preschool.
Two Hours of High-Level Training
The Polish speaker conducted the two-hour meeting with overwhelming energy, offering a solid theoretical overview combined with immediate practical insights. An interesting point of the discussion was the reference to the Montessori Method: a natural bridge between the Italian pedagogical tradition and modern active learning strategies in Europe.
The goal is clear: to recognize that every child has a unique way of learning and that active citizenship also involves nurturing individual talent.
A Widening Network
The meeting was attended not only by coordinators and teachers from CEA's three partner kindergartens. We also opened our doors to external colleagues involved in other Erasmus projects, transforming the workshop into a true opportunity for dissemination and broad discussion. This spirit of collaboration is precisely what the Erasmus+ program aims to foster: the exchange of best practices beyond the confines of individual projects.
Next Steps
The methodologies discussed during the course will now be tested in the sections. Teachers will work to adapt the input received to local contexts, thus beginning to build the shared path of civic and citizenship education that is the heart of CEA.
